Haccp: discussed proper handwashing techniques while using rubber gloves. Also, discussed not putting out refrigerated condiments till closer to lunch time.

A follow up will occur when dishwasher is repaired.

The dishwasher must be tested by someone at the KCHD before use to ensure it is working properly. Once repaired and cleaned please call the KCHD to schedule a reinspection of the dishwasher.
